Networking

Our network is dual-homed and fully redundant. By having a robust network infrastructure we are able to provide a 99.9% network uptime guarantee. We also have low latency to external networks. Typical latency to European networks is below 80ms and 150ms or lower to US networks. Our network providers are:

Network Architecture

Our Public network is fully routed. Every server receives a separate VLAN, which is independent and protected from other servers on the public network.
If requested, servers are also connected to our 1 Gbps private network. Our backup servers are located in a private network. If you have 2 or more servers with us, they will be in the same private VLAN, allowing you to utilize full Gbps speeds between your servers.

Security

The datacenter facility is 24/7 staffed. Video surveillance and ID card security is protecting against unauthorized entry. This ensures your data is physically safe from tampering.

Power

We use only On-Line or Line-Interactive UPS system. This protects all hardware from under and over voltage as well as power surges. The UPS systems are designed for 5 minute battery power backup. The diesel generators are activated within 1 minute after a mains power failure has occurred.
