If your server stops responding or an application on your server fails, we get a notification and start working on the issue. In many cases you will not notice there was an issue at all.

• System updates

We perform all system updates on a regular basis for you. This includes operating system updates as well as control panel updates.

• Backups up to 100 GB of Data

Backups are performed daily. If your amount of data exceeds 100GB please consider using the Silver Management Plan
